Amidst the turbulence of 2020, we uncovered the magical world of apiculture. Our trio—Mike, Xian, and Paxton—answered a call to help a beekeeper, unaware it would spark a calling.

From one hive grew many, and we took every opportunity to gain more experience. We joined our local club, volunteered, found mentors, and learned beside them. We removed dozens of wild hives across Appalachia, not only assisting property owners in saving the bees, but also preserving crucial survivor stock. By recording our journey, we also started our social media presence aimed at adding value to beekeepers and educating the public. In each moment, we listened and followed a simple philosophy: always keep learning!

Beekeeping, to us, is not just a pastime; it’s a lifestyle, an art, and a responsibility. This inspiration drives everything we do, from our social media brand, Newbees, to our business-to-business company, Newbees Creative.
